Important and Urgent announcementIMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS 28.11.2025 Dear Distinguished Guests and Conference Participants, The Conference Program has been released on the conference website (the tab Final Program on the left-hand side of the Conference platform) or use the following link. The conference program papers are also available on the tab Program in details (For paper download) on the left-hand side to view and download the conference paper (note that you need to log in in order to do so). Please log in to your account and update your full paper ASAP if you have not done so. There is a guideline for updating the paper on the conference platform. This will help the discussant to view and download your paper and give you a well-prepared discussion. On behalf of the organizing committee, we are happy to welcome you online and onsite at the Conference soon. Details of the conference program are available on this platform. Apart from that, here is the other important information: 1. OUR CONFERENCE RUNS ON TIME. ALWAYS. Please don’t get cross when we tell you it’s time to end the session, or wind up your presentation, or finish your coffee. It is how we roll. 2. REGISTRATION. All onsite delegates must complete Registration at the Welcome Reception at the Conference Reception Desk 4. CONFERENCE PROGRAMME. This is available online at our website 5. DRESS CODE. Smart casual; however, it would be nice if the women dressed up a little. 6. SESSION PARTICIPANTS. Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick in either MS PowerPoint or PDF format. You should upload your presentations on the computer in the room PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SESSION, as you know our rules about running on time. Please prepare your conference slide for your upcoming presentation. Make sure that you can present within the allocated time frame (depending on the number of papers in your session). Please prepare your discussion slides for your allocated discussion paper. You will be allocated a paper for discussion. Please look at the Tentative program to find your allocated title of the paper. And then, go to the tab Program in Details for paper download to view and download your paper for discussion. If you do not see the full paper that you are going to discuss on the platform, please contact the author directly using the information you have in their submission. If you can not contact the author, please email us, and we are willing to assist. Please follow the guidelines here to prepare your discussion. This is professional practice in an academic conference. Please follow this practice seriously and professionally. You do not want to go to the conference without receiving any thoughtful comments, so do not let your colleagues receive no thoughtful comment from you. 7. SESSION TIMINGS. During the Parallel Sessions, each Presenting Author should give a presentation of no more than 15 minutes (depending on the number of papers in the session). The session chairs then allow some time for discussion and Q&A. Any time left at the end of the session will be allocated to general Q&A on all papers presented during the session, so we ask that all Presenting Authors remain in the room until the end. 8. SESSION CHAIRS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCUSSION AND TIMING. You will need to start and end on time. You are responsible for allocating the session time fairly to each author. If you start late, you must still end on time. Session chairs are responsible for providing feedback and encouraging discussion. 9. SHOW UP. If you cannot make it to your presentation for any reason, please let us know in advance. If you are going to present online, please be prepared and be familiar with Zoom. The link will be posted on the conference platform soon. If you are going to present onsite, please note that the venue is UEH Campus B - 279 Nguyen Tri Phuong Str, HCMC 10. Special Issue of the journal: The election for the special Issue will be announced after the Conference. 11. 10.10.2025. EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR ICBF 2025 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE The International Conference on Business and Finance 2025 (ICBF 2025) received many responses from researchers, experts, and professionals both domestically and internationally. To facilitate the conference and provide an opportunity for authors, reviewers, and participants to prepare thoroughly, the organizing committee has decided to extend the submission deadline to November 25th, 2025. This extended deadline will give authors more time to refine, complete, and submit their papers for the conference. All papers accepted for ICBF 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings or have the opportunity to be published in reputable journals or special issues.
