VISA EXEMPTION FOR ICBF 2025 INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES

We are pleased to confirm the visa exemption policy for delegates attending the International Conference on Business and Finance (ICBF 2025) in Ho Chi Minh City.

Citizens holding ordinary passports from the following countries are eligible for visa exemption when entering Vietnam, provided they meet the basic entry conditions (passport validity of at least 6 months and a confirmed return/onward ticket). If your country is not listed, or if your intended stay exceeds the duration specified above, kindly check the latest requirements for an E-visa or contact the nearest Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate.

To ensure a smooth entry process, it is strongly recommended that you obtain a visa no later than four weeks prior to your travel date. There are two primary methods for applying for a tourist visa:

1. At the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your country: Please visit the official website of the relevant embassy or consulate for specific instructions and requirements. 

2. Online through the Vietnam Immigration Department: This option is available for citizens of countries eligible for electronics visas (e-visas). To access more information and initiate the application process, please click here. Once an e-visa is granted, you will be able to print it for use upon entering and exiting Vietnam.

If you need a personal letter of invitation to enclose with your application, please tick YES in the field "Visa invitation needed" of the Registration form. Please note that invitation letters will only be provided after you have successfully completed the conference registration process and the payment of registration fee is confirmed. The letter will be sent to you via email.

Kindly note that the Conference organizers are unable to contact or intervene with embassies or consulates on your behalf. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you initiate the visa application process as soon as you have decided to attend the conference.
